Life has no written cognizable instruction manual that we can read and follow to achieve our goals and objectives in life. Subsequently, we will all make mistakes and missteps along our individual journeys. This is normal. However, it is abnormal to repeatedly make the same mistakes that continually lead to negative outcomes despite our better judgment, advice, or understanding.
When this occurs, some may be in need of psychological or even psychiatric help. However, others may not need such therapy. Some may only need assistance in uncovering the source of the problem and a sufficient plan to overcome the problem and align themselves with success. Here, life coaching provides the appropriate client with collaborative environment whereby they can work one on one with a capable and qualified partner to coach them to success similar to an athletic coach leading athletes to victory.
At Circle 7 Solutions we believe in the POE system and apply it to solution finding.
P– Plan: Work with client to analyze the problem and come up with a sufficient strategy.
O– Organize the necessary components and strategy to work the plan to success.
E– Execute the plan.
Whether coaching, mediation, negotiation, or counseling, we have a reliable and proven methodology we can apply to any situation to achieve the desired and accepted goal no matter how big or small, simple, or complex. My lifelong mission has been to help others. I have continued throughout my life to be resilient and reinvent myself at every turn and find opportunity in the midst of crisis no matter what country, what people, or what circumstances’ no matter how dire the straits. This is the catalogue of versatile vocational, academic, and life experience that I bring to the profession of coaching and solution finding. Providing selfless support and service to others is a noble calling which I accept and take extreme pride in doing so.
In 2024, I started Circle 7 Solutions to provide practical solutions to simple and complex problems of individuals and organizations and to align these clients with strategies for successful outcomes through counseling, negotiation, mediation, collaboration, and coaching. Through our personal experience across a wide variety of personal and organizational challenges we specialize in providing in depth situational understanding of circumstances along with the premise that there is really no such thing as problems. There are only solutions that have not yet been uncovered. Circle Solutions works one on one with clients to help clients help themselves to uncover that solution.
